Snappier, perhance?
Oops!!
That should have read “perchance”.
Glad they got around to correcting the issue, though.
Again? I just receive a update a few week ago for my wireless aluminum keyboard. Fine, I hope this improves even more the battery.
@Troy, nope – they are for the two different versions of the aluminium keyboard. The 2007 & the 2009 (this weeks update).
I have the 2007, just updated successfully. Had to cross my fingers there was enough battery life to do the file transfer…
@ Troy….
different keyboard, perchance
I hope this update fixes mine… I get less than a week on mine before having to replace the batteries.
ready to go back to the one actually attached to the laptop!
Both this update and the one back in November are both for 2009 aluminum keyboards according to MacUpdate.Com; each updates different things apparently.
Control yourselves.
Ampar, shouldn’t it be “Command yourselves” on a Mac?
Sorry MacUpdate is wrong. I have the earlier aluminum keyboard and yesterdays update wouldn’t run on mine. However the previous keyboard update did – hence the two updates are for different keyboards. Can’t be more explicit than giving you the results of first-hand experience.
Ditto what pocketRocket is saying. Had doubts when the firmware was called version 1.0. Just confirmed it wont run on mine.
TFB:
Isn’t that key?
