  1. Well, I think that nearly every world leader has an iPod of some sort. So stop criticising US politics when you could easily do that to many other countries… which would be pointless, because critics never really seem to get anywhere. And this US political stuff is loony. Can’t you argue about anything else? Every other country is now sick of Republicans, Democrats, you name it, because of this squabbling. Obama won, and you brawl over it when it might change in 4 years, which isn’t that long, and besides, who knows if he really will upset anyone? And, also, I agree with the latter part of what “Happy Harry” said… the more Apple publicity, the better.

  2. @in who we trust

that seperation of church is what made life go down hill ever since it started. Some of our constitution was based off the bible and should have stayed that way. I always thought church and school should be seperate but damn maybe it should come back or maybe discipline course where they just beat you for not having common sense like so many dont have today.

On another note… a president is only as good as his advisors. You pick bad ones and you turn out looking like the fool. Bush is an awesome example of that and I voted for him cause I didn’t like the other candidate.

    2 cents.

    Ron Paul 20?? !!!!!

  3. But, let’s examine this idea, this claim that “Bush is dumb” in a little more detail.

Let’s look back to George W. Bush’s college days. You know, when he got his undergraduate degree from Yale (1968) and an MBA from Harvard? Is Yale really pumping out that many cretins? Can just any imbecile off the street get an MBA from Harvard? Apparently, there are a lot of liberals who believe this to be the case.

Then there’s George Bush SAT score of 1206 (which is “the equivalent of a 1280 under today’s scoring system”).

An IQ of 125, which is the 95th percentile.” In other words, only one out of 20 people would score higher.”

Talk about dumb, here in some from your new vice president:

  4. Anybody else think he looks like a nerd or a dweeb?
Who hangs their iPod on the outside of their sweatpants?
    In the pocket, because:
    a) won’t lose it as easy,
    b) don’t want people to be gawking at and possibly stealing my ipod
    c) takes more trouble to unhook and re-hook on pants than stuffing in my pocket.

And is his shirt on backwards?

  5. Mike,

Going by your logic, my 1350 SAT score (2020, if you include writing) and my similar IQ should have gotten me into Harvard, Yale, or Princeton.

    It didn’t.

It was not Bush’s smarts, but his father’s money that got him into those institutions.

  6. @Quad Core

Time for a self-reassessment, buddy. You admittedly voted for Bush (and the invisible puppetmaster Cheney) *twice* and hopped on board the McCain/Palin ticket. Either you are an idiot, or I am. And I’m not. Follow that logic to its obvious conclusion.
