I use Mac The Ripper and iSquint for iPhone sized movies. Just make sure you use the H.264 option or you will only get audio and a black screen.

In the U.S. (as stated by DMCA), ripping of DVDs is illegal. Yes, including DVDs you have bought with your own money. MDN promoting illegal activities might lead to closing of this site, which would be a pity.

In your opinion, which is the best way to download a free copy of OS X? eMule, BitTorrent or something else? How is the quality of the cracks? Anything else to consider?
“Casino Royale” is notoriously hard to rip. I was unsuccessful about 6 months ago. Maybe an upgrade in the ripping software has solved that problem recently. I “might” have used “transmission” instead. By the way, MDN told me about “transmission”–great program.
