Apple shares rise on positive Apple TV analyst comments

Letzing reports, “Apple shares rose nearly 2% to close at $91.13 after analysts at Piper Jaffray and ThinkEquity Partners issued positive notes about the company’s upcoming AppleTV home media device.”

  1. where is it? i’m pretty much stumped at this point with the lack of information pertaining to the appleTV (leopard, mac mini core 2 duo, etc…). pretty weird. how can apple justify not updating the mini to core 2 when the whole industry has transitioned already?

  2. I’m still not sure why I want or need this yet. However, I won’t make any judgement calls because perhaps there’s a market I don’t see yet.
    Anything that makes my handful of shares increase in price is ok by me.
