“Apple will host a special event this month in Cologne, Germany, one day before the start of the Photokina tradeshow. Apple’s invitation to the September 24 event is typically nondescript, but it does give a hint as to what the company will talk about,” Jim Dalrymple reports for Macworld News.
“‘Start photokina a little early this year’ is the message on the invitation. Below that text is the front of a camera lens — and what appears to be a closeup of the same image used on the front of the box for Aperture, Apple’s pro photo post-processing application,” Dalrymple reports. “After looking at the invitation and the focus of the show, it seems logical that Apple will discuss or show Aperture, which first debuted last October.”

Only because Aftershave, Arkansas turned them down.
No, it was Crawford,Tx that turned them down. They all use Dells there, it being a Texas company. The folks in Crawford actually think we are winning in Iraq because Faux Newz told them so.
I’ll take the previous President from Hope, Arkansas over the gunslinger from Tx any day of any week of any year. That ‘liberal’ balanced the budget and actually paid down some of our debt, unlike Dubya.
How about those Apples?
Chasing after Ampar from thread to thread… huff… huff…
*bent over, hand on side* …huff …huff
Dag man that was awful. And no, I got nuthin’ better. But I’m home sick so I got an excuse.
Anyone think Apple will be refreshing / replacing their line of monitors anytime soon?
Peace.
“How about those Apples?”
They are sour as hell. What does that have to
do with Aperture? Go to the Air America forum
where you belong. Oh yeah, they went bankrupt,
sorry. BTW don’t insult Ampar w/ your pathetic
attempt at humor.
Anyway, they appear to really be pushing aperture.

No one bats a thousand! Sit down and rest. Have some chicken soup.
I started with Toilet Water, France. Oh well. Maybe David Hasselhoff will be there.
Its gotta be those monitors with thousands of built in light sensors! or maybe a tablet mac? ” width=”19″ height=”19″ alt=”raspberry” style=”border:0;” /> or tablet iPod?
Or of course Aperture 2.0, apple’s photshop killer.
Thorin: Air America bankrupt? source please! Since i listened to it just yesterday, it seems unlikely. Of course, right wing FUD has been spouting this for a few years
Cool MW is research! Something everyone should do before posting!
macaholic, what you heard yesterday was just a death rattle floating through the airwaves (don’t worry, it’ll go away soon)…
MW “Steps” as in, “One of the first steps to recovery is to admit you are a liberal.”
Can we please leave the politics out of this forum?
And AA is adding more stations all the time… many of them owned by Clear Channel, so knock off the talking point BS.
Here ya’ go!

BTW, my point was where the hell did he come up
with the political slant. Totally off topic, I
was trying to keep politics out of this, not
take a side. That commentary would be more suited
for other forums, was my point.
Air America publicly stated it will file for bankruptcy. Those who don’t know that need to broaden their news sources.
Now, everyone, get back to Apple news.
I hate America
I’m not terribly fond of Amerigo Vespucci. Blame his damn letters for starting the whole mess.
” width=”19″ height=”19″ alt=”tongue wink” style=”border:0;” />
Aperture 2.0?
New faster response time, iSight line of monitors and a 24″ 1080p monitor to match the iMac 24″. PLEASE!
And One More Thing…™
Re-Ampar: Please leave politics out of this. There’s a time and a place for such discussions.
RS – I hate America-
Thaat’s your right, at least in this country, you’re allowed to have your own opinion as long as you don’t state it publicly.
Ampar
let’s not forget that El senior Vespucci didn’t get his job on Monster.com, he got on board La Santa Maria to escape an unwanted pregnancy situation. Cartography you see have place him should we say on the map of some girl’s father.
It’d be nice if they revealed Core 2 Duo MacBook Pros…
