Steve Ballmer is obviously a misprint. His name must have been mistaken transcribed from Marketwatch’s Readers’ Choice CEO of a Flatlined Stock Award.

Vote now for TIME’s Person of the Year (Apple’s CEO Steve Jobs on list) – November 17, 2005
I vote for LT of the chargers
Which company does LT run?
Running a Forbes 500 corporation most likely is a bit tougher than running through a terrible Redskins’ defense in OT, ya know!! ” width=”19″ height=”19″ alt=”LOL” style=”border:0;” />
(BTW, as a fan of the KC Chiefs, I’m both glad and mad that the Chargers won, for obvious reasons…)
MDN recently posted news that we could vote for Steve for Time’s “Person Of The Year”. I mentioned that while I thought that Jobs did great things, I didn’t think he was worthy of POTY. However, CEOOTY fits him perfectly.
I would vote for Ballmer for DMBOTY or IDIOTY, but not CEOOTY.
I hope it is a close call between Jobs and Schmidt
but I personally favor Jobs
Grammatically, it should have been “WhoM will you pick as CEO of the year.”
“Whom” in the English language needs to be revived.
I nominate Monkeyboy for CTCEOOTY – Chair Throwing CEO of the Year.
Herbalife?
I second LT. He saved the Charger’s season for one more week yesterday. Go Bolts!
MDN writes: “Steve Ballmer is obviously a misprint.”
No sh*t; it should read “Uncle Fester.”
But of course, even if correctly listed, Fester doesn’t have any place on this list. (Well, i suppose that in a multiple-guess style question, you have to put in some answers which are so obviously wrong as to help the mentally-challenged folks along a bit.)
Good vote. If LT goes down so does Shoddyheimer. When’s this guy gonna win a playoff game? Go Pack… :- { next year
Where are the vote results?
Steve Ballmer? The Herbalife CEO? Poison vendors? Sheesh.
(Ironically the magic word this time is “leaders.”)
