Apple today released Apple Intermediate Codec 1.0.1 which delivers improved compatibility and reliability for Final Cut Express HD and iLife ’05 uses. It is recommended fro al users of Apple Intermediate Codec 1.0 who are using QuickTime 7.0.
Key updates include:
-Improved export performance
-Improved playback

by the way, not that it really matters but any other .mac members have their virex 7.5.1 quit working? we maybe need an update to that, if they’re going to keep it as a free application.

Probably has something to do with exporting Quicktime movies and interactive Quicktime movies from various iLife programs. i.e.: iMovie, iPhoto, Keynote, etc….
