Mark/Space, Inc. today announced the immediate availability of The Missing Sync for hiptop, software that synchronizes contacts and calendar information between a computer running Mac OS X and the popular T-Mobile Sidekick.
The Missing Sync for hiptop integrates with Apple’s iSync technology to provide two-way data synchronization between a Mac and a T-Mobile Sidekick or Sidekick II. When a user clicks the “Sync Now” button in iSync, their contacts, calendar events and to-do items are synchronized between Mac OS X’s Address Book and iCal applications and the corresponding applications on their Sidekick.
“Synchronizing wireless devices with Mac OS X delivers tremendous benefit to users,” said Brian Hall, president and CEO of Mark/Space in the press release. “By integrating yet another family of mobile devices with Mac OS X, Mark/Space is showing its commitment to provide Mac users with the best possible handheld and smartphone experience available.”
The Missing Sync for hiptop currently supports both T-Mobile Sidekick and T-Mobile Sidekick II. Priced at $29.95, the software is available for immediate download from the Mark/Space Online Store at http://www.markspace.com or through http://www.hiptop.com
The Sidekick thing is what Paris Hilton had, and it was hacked, or the website was. Lets hope this isn’t an easy back door into OSX.
now someone needs to write something to enable isync’ing with a Moto A630.
