  1. wow… the news day just ground to a halt, didn’t it? ” width=”19″ height=”19″ alt=”smile” style=”border:0;” />

    but wooo!!!! for apple’s stock.

  2. Golly gee! A whole screensaver? Wowser.

Frankly, I don’t think that downloading it is even worth my time. People who have a use for screensavers clearly aren’t working hard enough.

magic word: rather …which rhymes with lather. Mmmmm… lather….

  3. Question: I’m using my 60 day free trial of .Mac; does anybody know if I can get the screensaver?

(Note: I’m on dial-up. Maybe I should reconsider the 17 MB download anyways… haha)

  4. The POINT here is that, again, Mac is taking care of its customers!

When is the last time MS gave anything away? Oops – sorry, I forgot. They recently started giving away a free anti-spyware/adware program. Hey MS, how about just FIXING all your holes so we don’t NEED anti-spyware!!! LOOOOOOOOOSERS!

  5. “That’s nothing. I came home to find my ISP has doubled my DSL speed to 2Mbps for free.”

Well, they actually cut your rate in half, then enrolled you in an upgrade program. Congrats on the speed bump though.

  6. Downloaded screensaver. Nice. Not impressive. Like a fireworks display, it’s entertaining for awhile, then it gets boring fast. Makes for an interesting screensaver if a Wintel weeny happens to walk by.

I’m not going to buy the full version. The ap itself has enough workable functions to entertain my friends for the few minutes needed to demo it. “Wow! I didn’t know it was so crowded. Ok… now… umm… you got a program on this Mac that we can shoot and blow sumptin’ up?!”

I’m still not sure why someone really needs this.

Oddly enough, my cable modem seems to be dog slow (almost like dial-up) this afternoon. Weird. Reset computer and modem, still the same. I hope it doesn’t last too long, I have some new porn videos I need to post online.
