Are Pepsi iTunes caps available in your area?

This is a simple story that MacDailyNews readers will write below. We have received numerous email messages from MDN readers either reporting Pepsi iTunes winning caps or complaining that the only Pepsi iTunes bottles they’ve seen are the ones on Apple’s website.

Unfortunately, most of these messages do not state the readers’ locations. So, tell us all where you found your Pepsi iTunes bottles or where you’ve looked, but found not a one.

By the way, the iPod Garage “iTunes Pepsi Bottlecap Map” which tracks winning and losing caps (and cups) and their locations across the United States is here.

  1. No caps here in Yokohama, Japan. ” width=”19″ height=”19″ alt=”grin” style=”border:0;” />

Man, they had better get those things out if they want them to sell an Pepsi for them.

  2. Some but not a lot available here in eastern Iowa, but my wife has purchased three so far from refrigerator cases at two different grocery storesall three winners

  3. My roommate has gotten 2 Pepsi bottles with a iTunes cap. One was a winner and the other wasn’t. The good thing is that he’s a PC user. SO now he’s DLed iTunes and has been using it. We’re in Central FL. Where the space shuttle launches from.

  4. I have not seen any Pepsi iTunes bottles. I have looked at an Exxon store, a Chevron store and a Super Wal-Mart grocery store. This is on the far west side of Houston, TX.

  5. “I’ve already spoken with bottler’s in these areas and there is no intent of doing this promotion b/c they are already doing a NBA promo.”

    Oh crap! That really sucks.

None yet in Northeastern Mississippi. Convenience stores, grocery stores, machines…all turn up blank for iTunes bottles. I figured Wal-Mart would go through stock fast enough to have them by this weekend, but I came up blank there, too. Still a lot of Crap in the Hat cans, though.

  6. None seen on the Connecticut shoreline so far 🙁
I might think they have still a lot of older bottles in stock so I’ll sit tight and wait…. dum-di-dum-di-dum…. come on, I’m waiting…..

  7. Found some at gas station in Charleston, SC. But the majority of bottles were still old stock (none in diet or sierra mist). No luck at several grocery stores, though. (One winning cap and one losing so far…)

  8. St. Peters, Missouri (St. Louis)

Found! 32 oz fountain drinks at 7-Eleven, Mexico Road.

No bottled products available (still see Pepsi with
old contest caps with 12/31/03 expiration!).

    I’m 1 for 5

  9. None yet in Las Vegas, I’ve been looking in every convience store and grocery…nothing

I also took a trip recently through California to San Francisco and made more then a few stops, and looked at stores everywhere…no bottles.

    This is more than dissapointing

  10. Haven’t found them in Switzerland (Europe). ” width=”19″ height=”19″ alt=”grin” style=”border:0;” />

Steve (or rather european lawyers), please open up iTunes Store Europe ASAP!!!
