A self-described “PC kind of guy,” Mike Himowitz writes a lenghty and glowing review of Apple’s iPod for Windows for the Baltimore Sun. MacDailyNews says – for the kind of press iPod is and has been getting, Apple looks very strong in this market segment, Sony must not be very happy, since they’ve owned the “portable music” market since they invented the Walkman. Nice job, Apple, make it Mac-only first, sell units, build anticipation, and then release it to much of the computer-using world. Sounds like a huge hit and win for Apple to us.
