macosxhints offers a brief piece on sharing videos with iTunes 6.0.2:
With iTunes 6.0.2, you can now share your iTunes videos with others. However, the only videos that appear are ones that have been added after the update to 6.0.2. To allow all your videos to be shared, move them from the iTunes folder to another location, delete them in the iTunes application, and then drag-and-drop them back into iTunes. This works for all video types that iTunes supports.

Y’know RS, I was about to flame you, then realized you have a point. If the solution is as easy as stated, surely Apple could have automated it during the upgrade.
Oh well. I guess it’s too much to expect perfection from anyone, even Apple.
Or wait for the 6.0.3 update for it to be resolved automatically….

Perhaps, the database just needs a rebuild to update itself? Would it be similar to rebuilding iPhoto’s database, open the app while holding down one of the control keys?
Robin,
Why would you flame RS? It’s sickening the way some people jump to defend Apple when there is no defense.
I know you decided not to flame but the fact that you had the urge…
