Apple v. Samsung patent infringement trial begins today (link to live blog)

Apple and Samsung return to federal court in San Jose on Monday for round two in their unending patent battle.

The second U.S. trial involves charges that Samsung copied key features from Apple’s iPad and iPhone, including more recent models such as the iPhone 5, iPad Mini and iPad 4. San Jose Mercury News reporter Howard Mintz will cover all the action from court via a live blog starting at 8:30am PDT/ 11:30am EDT.

  1. In your future will come methods of ascertaining subterfuge that do not involve lawyers. Key officers at Samasunga will undergo brain wave exams during live questioning in front of all the members of the court as will officers of Apple. I’d love to tell you how everything falls out but it would violate the prime non-interference directives that are part of time travel ..besides, I think you already know. Oh, what the hell ..samagunga gets their ass kicked.
