“Apple TV’s user interface is simple and slick, operated by a spare aluminum remote control, or by a remote control iPhone, [iPod touch and/or iPad] app. While there’s no browser to access the Internet in its entirety, you can watch videos from YouTube and view photos from Flickr. You can also stream movies, TV shows and music stored on a computer through iTunes,” Brendan Lynch reports for The Boston Herald.

The latest big-name content [is] only available through iTunes. Still, there’s plenty of good stuff to choose from, even if it tends to be a few years old.”
Lynch reports, “The option makes sense on a device like Apple TV, helping me get more bang out of my Netflix buck. [Apple TV] is a good deal that adds handy features to your TV.”
