Ups does deliver on sat depending on a few things, one being where you live.
Call 1800pickups ask for international packages when u get a person. Tell them your zip code and ask if they deliver to it on Saturdays. If they ask where the package is coming from tell them china as it seems to be a factor as well as what shipping rate is used.
In the case of the ipad if they do deliver your zip on sat you should get your ipad on sat assuming that is what apple wants all of the factors are taken care of.
MACNN thinks they have the answer as to how Apple will control the delivery of iPads for Saturday delivery –

I can’t stand how iTunes has gone downhill. It used to be easy to browse for songs and you had a nice user friendly window with the results. Now it’s a pain in the ass to use.
Added some epub books from gutenburg and they were added to the book section of iTunes. Seems to be ready for the iPad….
Can also transcode your Lossless or high-bit rate music to your iPod/iPhone at 128 Kbps.
Would have been nice if we could have chosen the bit rate.
I’d choose 256 for players and LossLess for the rest of my library (excluding iTunes purchases, of course)
Sorry, did someone already say that?
Did I hear an echo?…echo?

iTunes is taking quite the brutal beating here at MDN. The people have spoken.
I was kind of hoping for the Books folder to show all my books and pdf magz and show the covers too, but…I guess you can’t have something that makes sense.
After the update, I did need to reboot in order for my touch to be seen. Otherwise, the new iTunes seems little different, and does start up faster, at least for me.
@ macarina – The people have spoken.
…or at least the whiners have spoken. If you’re looking for online comment sections to accurately reflect the opinion of the actual majority of people, you’re barking up the wrong tree.
