Thank You TIM AND TEAM!!!
You guys are magicians!
The magician is Steve Jobs plucking Cook from an also ram computer company and handing over the golden egg iPhone garnering the lion share of profits every year.
Magician and Tim Cook do not belong in the same sentence. An INSULT to creative geniuses everywhere. Any CEO in theTop 50 Fortune 500 companies can easily ride first glass on the iPhone gravy train…
Hopefully AAPL rallies to $170s. Amazon beats and rallies 12.09%.
Hope so to!… but never the less, if you look at the Year To Date performance…including the todays rallies… Apple has performed better by about 10% !
Love how some news sources have to lead with any downside first like “Apple’s profit declines nearly 11%.” Nevermind they beat Wall Street projections. Leading with the good news first doesn’t get people to read on apparently.
Cook and company did well. AAPL is a safe harbor in turbulent economic times.
Of course, but MDN hates Cook and all those liberals working for Apple. After one day of cheerleading the stock, they will go back to blaming everything in the world on Cook, or liberals, or moderates, or anyone politically left of Putin. That is why this site has imploded.
AAPL is only conveniently liberal on social issues, when it comes to financial issues they are “greedy capitalists”. Apple supports unions for every business except their own stores. Apple rocks a 38% profit margin and funds a criminal state that systematically targets ethnic minorities via forced labor. Apple opposes Russia but enables CCP China. China makes Russia look minor league. But no one can make a profit like Apple, but it’s not due to their social concise sensibilities, it’s due to superior products and ruthless businesses tactics and a favorable deal with the devil; 100 percent ruthless capitalist. True liberals like Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren would break Apple to pieces if they had the power to enforce their ideology.
Imagine how much better it could be with a better leader!
This mythical perfect Apple leader would do what, precisely?
