“The second OS X 10.11.4 beta preview is now available via the Mac App Store for testing,” Zac Hall reports for 9to5Mac.
“The first version of this El Capitan beta added new features including Live Photo viewing and sharing through iMessage using the Messages app as well as secure password support for individual notes in the Notes app,” Hall reports. “Prior to OS X 10.11.4, the Mac could only view Live Photos through the Photos app and in limited situations.”
Hall reports, “Starting with this version, Live Photos shot on the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus can be shared and viewed easily on the Mac through iMessage using the Messages app.”

This was released on Jan 14 to me.
I was unable to find a newer version of the Beta that I presently use, which is “version 10.11.4 Beta (15E27e)”. I do see an option of downloading “OS 10 Yosemite Beta 4” … but if I select that I then see “a newer version of the OS exists” or… “this software is not available for download”. Go figure.
