Sprouts Farmers Market now accepting Apple Pay

Sprouts Farmers Market is an American chain of specialty grocery stores with over 150 locations, employing over 50,000 people, currently in Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Kansas, New Mexico, Nevada, Oklahoma, Texas, and Utah.

Sprouts stores are smaller than a typical supermarket, focusing on fresh foods, produce, healthy foods and vitamins/supplements.

In an email to customers, Sprouts announces: “We are thrilled to announce that you can now use your iPhone 6 to make purchases with Apple Pay; a quick, simple and secure way to pay that makes checking out a breeze. After completing the brief setup on your device, you’ll be ready to start making purchases at your local Sprouts.”

  1. Been using it for weeks………….very fast, easy…..
Clerks love it because it “just works” and eliminates the credit card out of the wallet “hokey-pokey” BS that we have been doing for years……
ApplePay will be a HUGE winner…..!!

  2. ive been using at my local Sprouts from day 1. The terminal even had Apple Pay logo, not just generic NFC logo. It always ‘just works’ and the clerks have seemed comfortable with it since the beginning. Now if Trader Joe’s would just get on board then I’d be all set.
