Check out these gorgeous 4.7-inch iPhone 6 concept videos based on leaked info

A pair of new iPhone 6 artists’ concept videos have been posted online by ConceptsiPhone.

The videos are based on various leaks and rumors about Apple’s next-gen iPhone. (Yes, that “gold” is awful and wrong – as anyone with a gold iPhone 5s will tell you.)

The renders feature a device with a 4.7 inch Ultra Retina display, redesigned home screen, 5MP of front camera, and 13MP of rear camera capable of shooting 4K video.

Both videos feature similar renders, but music is different. The first one is for those with a more techno bent while the second is for those who prefer something a bit more ethereal.

    1. Yes! With just the horizontal antenna band it actually works.
One quibble though: you don’t need a lightning port and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Just make the headphones a lightning port plug. One less bottleneck to thinness.

    1. I doubt that there will be way to get such simpler stripes like in this render. There is reason why the stripes are like how we have seen them in the prototypes; it is not possible to make the parts were in iPhone 5/5s were glass/ceramic inlets (breaks) all out of metal since it is not radio transparent. Those ugly stripes are needed to make enough isolation and radio-transparency.

So hope for better-than-in-prototype looks is that the stripes will be coloured just like enclosure so you will not see them that easily.

Or, there is small chance that the inlets will be replaced by ceramics/glass just like it was in iPhone 5/5s, so there will be no need for such bold stripes.

      1. CORRECTION: the following is actually the only realistic variant: “So hope for better-than-in-prototype looks is that the stripes will be coloured just like enclosure so you will not see them that easily” — because: metal inlets are going to be used as outer antennas, just like upper and bottom parts of the frame. So while iPhone 5/5s only had two outer antenna segments, iPhone 6 going to have four.

This solution is great as engineering and for battery, but highly dubious in terms of looks of the device — unless the colour of the isolation stripes will match the colour of the meta.

  1. I too dont like the stripes to be pleasing… i feel that iphone 6 would be having complete metal casing at the back, Just like the ipod 5th Gen. .
The radio transparent window can be the apple logo…

  2. Man, the people that make these videos don’t know how to do 3D graphics. Someone had aliasing issues, this one just blurred out iPhones to hide the others but the gold. I guess cause they didn’t know how to hide the other 3 iPhones. i guess what i am trying to say is that these videos are either for hit-whoring, or its some kind that says, oh look i made an iPhone video! I know i am picking at some pretty small things..but i am a 3d graphic designer and i tend to notice this crap.

  3. MDN, if you WRITE an article with YouTube links, but no links to a separate article, please write the link URLs in the article as well.

No one wants to watch any horizontal videos in your MDN app because you force portrait mode.

I ALWAYS click “read article” then open the article in Safari and then view videos. Your forced portrait mode BLOWS for articles like this one. I refuse to watch any horizontal video in forced portrait mode. Nor should others “settle” for that either.

    My “take.”

    1. Indeed MDN, you rant and rave with righteousness about the inferiority of the flawed products and business philosophies of Apple’s competitors/sometimes friends and, we appreciate it to know end as watching their businesses collapse brings a pleasing yet malevolent joy to our hearts. Apple of course delivers on all fronts or at least inspires to.

So basically, we expect the same of you MDN. The pedestrian nature of your website does not inspire. Try a new interface once in a while. Something! It won’t kill you. Step it up with the web site!

  4. I can’t be the only one who thinks these concepts look like shit, can I? I’m much more interested in seeing how the actual product turns out, rather than someone putting out videos that don’t even have a good grasp of font, app icons, top and bottom bezel sizes, or the dimensions of the Lighting Connector slot.

Bring on the real iPhone 6. Some design firm posting their made-up 3D renders? No. Thanks.
