Apple today released iOS 7.0.5 which corrects network provisioning for some iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c models sold in China.
System Requirements:
• iPhone 5c
• iPhone 5s
iOS 7.0.5 is available via Software Update on iPhone and also via iTunes.

My Software update just confirmed, I’m not in China. 😉
I was about to say that I updated to 7.0.4 just in time for 7.0.5 to come out. 😉
But then I saw that it’s only for 5c and 5s, and I still have a 4s, so I’m not eligible anyway. 😉

UK iPhone 5s (6,2) updated to 7.0.5. O2 UK SIM card. So no it’s not exclusive to China. Also Germany, Sweden, Portugal, …
