Apple has filed Form S-3 with the United States Securities And Exchange Commission: Automatic shelf registration statement of securities of well-known seasoned issuers.

We may, from time to time, offer to sell debt securities in one or more offerings. This prospectus describes some of the general terms and conditions that may apply to these securities. We will provide the specific terms and conditions of these securities in prospectus supplements to this prospectus.   1. Funny how a few Wall Street friendly moves that cost Apple nothing in the long run, move the share price.
    Should help to quell the shrill ‘Apple is finished’ bloggers and redirect attention away from what they are really doing…behind closed doors?
