“Bill Gates, Microsoft co-founder and billionaire philanthropist, wants to talk poop,” Claudine Zap reports for Yahoo News. “Literally. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, which is hosting a ‘Reinvent the Toilet Fair’ on August 14 and 15, is on a mission to build a better crapper. Why? Poop is a worldwide problem.”
“Foundation co-chair Bill Gates, who announced cash prizes at the fair today for the best designs, said in a statement, ‘Innovative solutions change people’s lives for the better. If we apply creative thinking to everyday challenges, such as dealing with human waste, we can fix some of the world’s toughest problems,'” Zap reports. “The foundation has committed $370 million to the Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WSH) initiative, which includes devising a 21st-century toilet.”
Zap reports, “Some of the ingenious ideas at the toilet fair include a Swiss system for diverting some urine and recovering water for flushing, and a design from Stanford researchers that turns human waste into charcoal. And a team from the Delft University of Technology in the the Netherlands invented a toilet that turns human waste into fuel through microwave technology.”

A Standford design that turns human waste into charcoal?

Besides Bill Gates being one of the greatest crooks of all time, this a typical American idiot project.
Whatever crapper they invent and give it for free to these places, it will be broken withing 2 weeks, creating an even worst environmental hazard.
The project is Bullshit, or shall we say Billshit.
Hmm…needs a place to flush all the shit that he’s created? Send a big new Toilet to Cornell, we have a TON of his shit to flush. In fact install the new toilets in the new Bill and Melinda Gates Hall so there are enough for everyone to use. Video Demo should show how many Winduz cell phones can go down the hole in one flush, like they do with the golf ball demo’s on the current toilets.
Ol’ Billy Boy has been a regular attendee at recent meetings of Bilderberg, accompanied by Craig Mundie of MS, and Eric Schidt [sic]. Hmm, wonder what they’re cooking up.
I’m not sure if the Gate foundation is his first or second best contribution to the world. The competing contribution was leaving Donkey Balls as CEO of MS.
The biggest toilet that needs improving is microsofts windows. And yes, steve ballmer must excrete a lot of poop when he is in the toilet, bill gates should get ballmer to get healthy in an effort to reduce bad environmantal poo poo.

Bill Gates wants to create a 21st-century toilet? Well, he already created the 20th century toilet: Microsoft Windows.
And now, Windows 8 is the 21st century version.
Mission ALREADY accomplished, Bill. And it REALLY stinks, just like you’d expect the odors emanating from a toilet to do.
Maybe his reality distortion field is on. Tell him to turn it off, so he can see (and smell) what he’s done.
There are still whole communities in the U.S. where everyone still use “honey pots.” Those are toilets that you later have to take outside to dump in a community receptacle. Not a third world country. The U.S..
A new toilet design would be helpful.
