“The seventh Apple retail store in Spain will open this Saturday inside the Nueva Condomina shopping mall in the southern city of Murcia,” Gary Allen reports for ifoAppleStore.
“The store fills in coverage along the Mediterranean coast of the country between existing stores in Valencia and Marbella,” Allen reports. “Insiders say four additional stores in Spain are scheduled to open within the next year, including a street-level store each in Madrid and Barcelona.”

Spain doesn’t need any more stores, they can barely pay their bills!
Spain has great infrastructures, excellent public universities, great public health system and Apple products sell very well
As in the USA and UK the wealthy in Spain remain wealthy, despite the crisis. Apple will have no problem finding customers.
That’s wonderful.
And I’m sure the workers at the new Apple Store are very happy for a job and will work hard to keep it. Jobs are hard to come by in Spain these days. I’m happy Apple has chosen to open stores there.
