OK, so now if it will only fix the annoying “Lets fail to open a page, and force reload every tab in every window” problem.

WRONG!!!!!!!
To me, the problem seems that Safari has a memory leak, and eventually the system runs out of memory. Then you get that dreaded message.
This is supported by watching System Memory in Activity Monitor.
It fixed the intra-net bug introduced in 5.1.4, so I’m happy
