“A German court Thursday adjourned a patent infringement lawsuit brought by Apple Inc. against Motorola Mobility Holdings Inc., pending a decision on the patent itself from a higher patent court,” Harriet Torry reports for Dow Jones Newswires.
“The presiding judge expressed doubts over the validity of the patent in the case, which relates to Motorola’s Gleam mobile device,” Torry reports.

I find it so funny that the government totally does not trust the government. LOL The Patent office has a job to do. Yet the courts decide that they are idiots and incompetent in their jobs. But of course the courts are always correct…. except when they get over ruled by a higher court.
I guess they all are idiots. LOL
