    1. Yes Harry, you are quite correct. This IS a preview of what’s to come with regard to Apple TV.

This is huge. iTunes Live option? Yes, Live!

Apple demonstrated this live capability via last summer’s iTunes London Concert Series. A brilliant success, and the shape of things to come.

Stay tuned for more good information on Apple TV, and steer clear of side-tracking threads more interested in the relevance of subjective musical opinions.. (That which follows.)

  1. The “old” jokes are maybe applicable here because the songs from the new album are from the 1940s mostly. Still, he puts a decent spin on them. Just don’t expect him to break out into “Helter Skelter”.

  2. You guys just don’t get it. Paul McCartney (Sir by the way) left an indelible mark on every song we listen to. He is a legend and at the very least has earned the respect that the posters above certainly lack. Him and Garfunkel remain one of the best pairs in the folk-rock kingdom. Sure Garfunkel had the pipes but with out Paul’s music penmanship they were nothing together. I pray for the day that they can make mends and get back together. I can’t believe you people.

  3. I will probably tune this in to see how it works on my Apple TV, but I doubt I’ll listen to the whole thing. I like Paul’s stuff from the 70’s, but then he kinda drops off a cliff, IMHO.

  4. When the Beatles released the White Album.. inside was a bunch of “extras” … included is a passport photo of “William Campbell” …

    Known, today… as ..

    Sir Paul McCartney

  5. Regret to say that streaming to AppleTV2 was a bust. At first would not connect to content and then when it did it would freeze the stream. Maybe the servers were on overload?
