“I have finally found a complete list of all lawsuits going on between Apple and Samsung around the world,” Florian Mueller reports for FOSS Patents.
“The parties filed 20 lawsuits against each other, but two of them (in California) were consolidated into a single one, so there are 19 ongoing lawsuits at this stage — and counting,” Mueller reports. “Those are taking place in 12 courts in 9 countries on 4 continents.”

Mueller reports, “In some jurisdictions, such as Germany and apparently also the Netherlands, lawsuits over more than one patent are frequently split up into separate lawsuits. In that case, the actual number of lawsuits may already be higher. But the list [full article] is complete in terms of all the complaints that were filed.”
