“People have been wondering if and when the iPad is going to finally start cannibalizing Mac sales,” Bruce Upbin reports for Forbes. “It hasn’t happened yet.”
“In the year of the iPad’s release, Mac sales continue to break records,” Upbin reports. “Apple sold 3.89 million in the fourth quarter, up 27% over the prior year’s quarter, and 3.47 million in the third quarter, up 33% over the third quarter of 2009.”

OMG! I just saw my neighbor’s iPad actually start cooking his PC on the barbeque. It’s cannibalizing his PC!
I bought an iPad over a laptop, BUT, all the time I am buying Apps that I would never have bought with the other Macs. This adds meat to Apple sales when they get their %, it doesn’t subtract.
The real Trojan horse was a gift to gain entrance an impregnable fort.
IMacs with intel inside and bootcamp was the Trojan Horse.
My Apple TV is named Moonbase.

Yeah, they are definitely an orbiting team…
“Example 3: Dario D. is quoted as saying “PCs have closed the gap in ease of use.” No. Go check out any computer and take a look at the NAME of the boot drive. Does it have a name? Or is it merely labeled as “C:”? It couldn’t be easier to tell a Mac from a Windows PC. Nor could the LACK of ease of use of Windows be more glaring.”
If you can’t find your computer because it’s not called “Dereks iMac” you shouldn’t be using a computer.
RadiKewl, I can justify reiterating myself:
@me (anonymous coward):
Example 2: A bully, aka a troll, is a person attempting to over-compensate for extremely low self-esteem. So isn’t it interesting how Mac users don’t go around trolling PC users. It’s almost always PC users who troll the Mac users. Kind of makes you go ‘Hmm’.
Thank you @me for proving my case.
