Apple expands patent infringement lawsuit against HTC

Invisible Shield for Apple iPhone 4!“In early March, Apple filed a suit against HTC alleging infringement of 20 patents related to the iPhone’s graphical user interface, underlying architecture and hardware,” John Paczkowski reports for AllThingsD.

“In a complaint filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, Apple accuses HTC of infringing two additional patents and re-asserts its allegations of infringement of two others,” Paczkowski reports.

The two new patents:
• 6,282,646: “System for real-time adaptation to changes in display configuration”
• 7,380,116: “System for real-time adaptation to changes in display configuration”
