  1. Hmmm. My network is running perfectly. Scared to mess with it.

My TV had problems for awhile, but the last update for it fixed all the drop out problems.

The latest iTunes update didn’t affect it.

    Yeah, I’ll wait a bit…..

  2. Confusing that this update was called “AirPort Base Station Update 2010-001 (Version 5.5.1) in Software Update, but does not update the base station itself. It is the update for AirPort Utility. No restart of the Mac or base station required, so this just seems to update AirPort Utility management tool (at least in my case).

  3. I’m in the same situation as Ozy, except its my Airport Extreme (2009 version) that is not updating. Airport Utility 5.5.1 updated fine, but when checking my Airport Extreme updates through Airport Utility, no update.

  4. Just installed (have iMac and TimeMachine). Completely lost wireless Internet. Have rebooted computer, time machine and Internet media box. Several times. No joy. Anyone can help?thanks!
