Ted Rogers told Steve to go away until he’s willing to agree to Ted’s robber-baron pricing terms. Steve basically said “suit yourself, it’s your own fuineral” and left. I predicted a year ago … Telus is going to do an end-run around Rogers … their move to GSM and willingness to work to whatever arrangement Steve wanted will have Ted wondering what hit him … very soon now, you wait.

  2. Mexico!, when it is coming to Mexico? I heard that a Mexican news paper said it has confirmation from an apple employee that the iPhone will be in Mexico around June. Cell carrier TELCEL has upgrade their networks to 3g, are they getting ready to receive the new 3G iPhone?

  3. Canadians will ve very piss of if the iPhone arrives in Latin America before it get to Canada. I think Canada is far more ready to receive the iPhone that Latin countries, but I don’t know how apple is playing its cards in this game.

At race-baiter….we don’t eat hockey pucks here in Canada…we shoot them at the goalies of losing american teams….well except for last night….damn.
    Go Habs Go.

  5. If Canada had an enormous newly rich, technically minded, and madly image conscious middle class, I bet Greg would already have an iPhone by now. This is where being so much less atavistic in your implementation of free market capitalism than us cowboys in the south comes back to bite you in the ass.
You people need to step up and start wasting some more oil.
