Off to the side, not even in the race, is the Creative Labs car. It has no intention of competing — it’s just going to let the Apple car win and then sue it for infringing on its tire patent.
At the finish line is a group of French protestors who claim that proprietary technology isn’t fair and that everyone should get a turn driving the Apple car.

Hey we didn’t have nearly the copywright protection there is now before the 60’s. It’s way out of control. Maybe sharing is just a bit of deserved backlash for turning into such an ownership culture. That will only prove true if ownership fever drops in other areas, and cooperation and collaboration take on a pre-history mentality.
