publicspace.net has announced version 7 of A Better Finder Rename. A Better Finder Rename is a comprehensive file renaming solution for the Macintosh and transforms the tedious and time-consuming task of renaming multiple files into a simple matter of seconds.
“The new version 7 is the result of 10 years of listening to our customers in the digital photography, content creation and post-production domains.” – publicspace.net
Version 7 is completely rewritten in Cocoa to offer a best-of-breed user experience. In addition to a host of minor refinements, the new version adds:
• the ability to combine multiple rename steps into a multi-step rename
• a new, detachable, instant preview pane
• a simple drag & drop installer
• the ability to use the product as a standalone application
• drag & drop files directly into the preview
• unicode support for international users
• improved renaming from file lists imported from MS Excel, databases, plain text files, etc.
A Better Finder Rename 7 remains priced at $19.95.
