Ever get frustrated with the clock in a hotel room or worry about sleeping past the alarm in the morning? Starting this month, travelers who stay at the Hilton Family of Hotels won’t lose sleep over how to set the alarm clock ever again. The Hilton Family of Hotels created its own proprietary, custom-designed clock, featuring the “world’s easiest-to-set alarm” and an “industry-first plug-in for iPods” or other portable music devices.
Hilton has also released the “Hilton Family Timing is Everything Virtual Clock” software for Mac OS X and Windows.
Hilton is also featuring a contest online: “Timing is everything! You have 30 seconds to answer the timely questions below and click the submit button. Even if you don’t answer them all correctly, you still have a shot at winning a $10 iTunes gift certificate. Winners are selected at random.”
