“Doug’s AppleScripts for iTunes” has updated “iCal Calling iTunes!” to version 3.0. You can use the program to allow iCal to schedule playing of iTunes music playlists. The free version can schedule the start and stop times of playlists, set playlists to shuffle before playing, and schedule Internet radio stations. The US$5 registration enables the ability to set iTunes volume by event, recognition of recurring events, and the ability to use multiple iTunes calendars.

Alarm Clock Pro (http://www.koingosw.com) also has this feature, if you need an alarm clock for scheduling other events too.
