Apple’s “New Music Tuesdays” continue to rock on. Apple has announced new releases to the iTunes Music Store, including Live, Staind, The RH Factor, John Scofield, Jesse Harris, Third Eye Blind, The Deuce Project, and Marilyn Manson. Apple has also added music from Jeff Buckley, The Clash, Suicidal Tendencies, Danny Tenaglia, Kraftwerk, The Michael Petrucciani Trio, Brad Mehldau, and Babyface.

  1. It’s worth remembering that they also add a lot of stuff without announcing it. For instance, they’ve added many classic Miles Davis tracks since I first checked.

  2. Apple has really hit one out of the park with the new music store, but I can’t believe they don’t have any Rolling Stones or Jethro Tull albums yet.

  3. You guys have to remember, it’s not simply a matter of selling music that people like, or they think will sell well; they have to get permission to put them up for sale. Some bands are opposed to it, some bands’ lawyers may be telling them it’s a bad idea. Or they may be simply holding out for more money.
