Today Apple released an update for its iPod MP3 player. The iPod Updater 1.2.1 fixes a battery icon problem, so it will now correctly show when the iPod has a full charge. The iPod also includes support for Audible.com. Users can download and listen to news, books, and other spoken media on their iPods. Also supported is iTunes 3 Sound Check, which auto-adjusts the volume across various songs for a level listening experience. Users can sync your contacts and iCal calendars to their iPod with Apple’s new iSync software. Music can be browsed by Composers, Genre, Artists, Albums and Song titles. Get it here.
