Best Buy? Don’t think so. Their ridiculous return policy and unwillingness to help with a standard stock item has lost my business.
Apple store it is!
What ever happened to Target?
Why buy elsewhere when the Apple Stores (physical and virtual) offer such a great experience? You usually don’t see significant discounting on Apple products.
Agree. Why would anyone buy such a product at a big-box store? The prices are not cheaper, and one will not get the “experience” or support one does in an Apple Store. Even if one lives far from the latter, one can always buy from a reputable on-line vendor (Mac Connection, Mac Mall, etc.)
If they announce Target for launch day, I’m heading there – 5% discount when paid for with a RedCard!
The main reason I would have to getting an iPad 2 at Best Buy is that its closer to me. The Apple Store here is about 20-25 miles from me, the closest Best Buy is 2-3 miles. Though I would prefer to get it at the Apple Store however.
Ive had great service and experiences at my Best Buy store. I don’t think it’s fair to say they are all the same. Don’t get me wrong I love Apples stores.
