Elon Musk, the billionaire CEO of xAI, has expressed openness to partnering with Apple to integrate Grok into the tech giant’s long-neglected voice assistant, Siri, potentially breathing new life into its capabilities.
The exchange kicked off on Monday when an X user known as X Freeze posted a pointed critique, urging Apple to swap out Siri’s “outdated” tech for Grok 4.1 to deliver a truly “superintelligent” upgrade.
Musk quickly replied with a straightforward “I’m down,” signaling his enthusiasm for the collaboration despite ongoing tensions, including xAI’s antitrust lawsuit against Apple over AI app favoritism.
Tech enthusiasts have since flooded the thread with excitement, envisioning a sharper, wittier Siri powered by Grok’s advanced reasoning and real-time smarts—though Apple has yet to comment.

Benzinga:
Recently, Musk had hinted at a potential merger between Tesla Inc. and xAI, as both of his ventures were “trending towards convergence” despite shareholders refusing to vote in favor of an investment in xAI by Tesla at the company’s annual shareholder meeting earlier this month.
Meanwhile, Musk also shared a timeline for xAI’s latest version of its Grok AI model, Grok 5, saying that the model would be available in the first three months of 2026, a delay from the earlier timeline, which targeted an end-of-2025 release for the model.

Apple would do well to think apolitically and ink deals to use both SpaceX’s superior Starlink satellite connectivity and xAI’s outstanding Grok in Apple Intelligence. – MacDailyNews, October 24, 2025

Freakin’ monkey boy can suck it.
Yeah, who wants the best AI? Let’s settle for 2nd-, 3rd-best, or worse AI instead!
We don’t care about your opinion, idiot. As if you know anything about AI. 😆😂
When you say “monkey boy” are you referring to Steve Ballmer?
I really hope they do. Grok is absolutely amazing.
Apple will never do it because they are captured by the woke mind virus.
Which is sad, because Elon uses an apple iPhone and he would be VERY invested in making it work great and offer way greater technical support to help apple than all the other AI snake oil companies out there.
The reality is probably half of Apple would quit. Which is not a bug, it’s a feature! Most of apple employees are barnacle latte drinking do-nothing parasite bozos. Steve would have fired way more than half of current apple employees by now in his relatively regular bozo purges:
https://www.cultofmac.com/apple-history/apple-layoffs-1981-bozo-explosion
Just like elon fired 80% of twitter and it had more advancements and progress in a couple of years than it had in over a decade. It would be a huge boon as bozos would self select and leave the company since apple management is too cowardly to purge bozos on its own.
But basically zero chance because apple’s management are woke bozo losers themselves at this point, and I’m thinking of their crap CEO in particular.
Apple needs a master chef, but is stuck with a lousy cook.
And for some historical context, Cook blew it when Elon offered Apple the ability to buy Tesla for something like 40B. Apple of course went to blow more on it’s failed car project itself while Tesla went on to be worth over $1T.
Why? Because Cook is a non-invented-here prideful yet stupid bozo.
So now Elon is throwing cook a life preserver as he sinks in his AI crap show. You think this idiot will learn from his past mistakes?
I highly doubt it, sadly.
Let the user choose if he wants AI corrupting his computer.
