On Monday, Apple released iPadOS 17.7.8, an update for iPad users unable to install iPadOS 18. This follows Apple’s decision to stop signing iPadOS 17.7.7, the previous version for older iPads, which caused login issues for some app users. iPadOS 17.7.8 likely resolves this problem and includes security fixes, per Apple’s release notes:
