Apple’s stock will begin trading ex-dividend on November 8, 2024. This dividend represents an annualized yield of approximately 0.45% based on the current stock price.
AAPL investors can expect a slight price decrease of around 0.11% on November 8th due to the upcoming dividend payment.

Pfft pitiful. All that money they are hoarding in foreign bank accounts and NOT using. Taking advantage of cheap labor overseas they should be rolling in it, and they Give the investors a pittance back. Bah.
They are choosing to return the profits to investors through stock buybacks. This tax advanced relative to dividends. Maybe at some point when the stock price gets higher they will rotate into higher dividends. As it is, Apple raises the dividend by about ten percent per year.
