Alphabet subsidiary YouTube has officially launched YouTube Music support on Apple HomePod to all “Premium” and “Music Premium” members globally.

To get started, ensure you have the latest version of the YouTube Music app, then go to Settings > Connected Apps > Connect with HomePod. Once setup is complete, you can say “Hey Siri, play music on YouTube Music.”
If you set YouTube Music as the default music provider, you no longer have to say “…on YouTube Music” every time. To do this, go to the Home app: Settings > Tap username > Tap Default Service and choose YouTube Music.
MacDailyNews Take: Rejoice, HomePod owners who subscribe to YouTube Music – all three of you!

$13.99/month for YouTube Premium (no ads)+ Youtube Music, best entertainment subscription I’ve ever had by a country mile. Better than Apple TV, Netflix and traditional cable combined.
Try the free trial and decide for yourself.
No propaganda/brainwashing like the crap above. Keep liking or clicking “not interested/don’t recommend channel” and the algorithm keeps improving your feed.
Oh yeah, you can also make and publish your own videos and stimulate your own creativity, even build a business and leave your soul-sucking 9-5 if you work hard at it.
Imagine Apple trying to build a service that promotes community and interaction and also PAYS YOU for your work to build it. They are institutionally incapable of it.
