“Last weekend we posted a report about Apple updating their ‘Think Different’ trademark so as to cover new products and services such as Apple Pay, Apple Pencil, Apple TV and Siri,” Jack Purcher reports for Patently Apple.
“Today,” Purcher reports, “China’s Hong Kong Patent and Trademark Office published Apple’s updated filing for ‘iCloud’ to likewise cover Apple Pay along with health and fitness, and more importantly, for all things related to ‘Vehicles’ on land, water and rail.”
Purcher reports, “International Class 10 specifically covers: ‘Health, fitness, exercise, and wellness sensors, monitors and displays; medical apparatus and devices.'”
