Apple leases 26,000 sq. ft. office space in Pittsburgh

“Oxford Development Co. has landed Apple Inc. as a tenant in the first office building at its Three Crossings mixed-use development in the Strip District,” Tim Schooley reports for The Pittsburgh Business Times.

“While it is still unclear what Apple will do in the new office, the company currently maintains a presence at the Collaborative Innovation Center on the campus of Carnegie Mellon University and had been in the market to establish a new larger office in Pittsburgh,” Schooley reports. “Apple is slated to take a floor and a half, or 26,000 square feet, at the building at the corner of 25th and Smallman.”
