Apple and Samsung return to federal court in San Jose on Monday for round two in their unending patent battle.
The second U.S. trial involves charges that Samsung copied key features from Apple’s iPad and iPhone, including more recent models such as the iPhone 5, iPad Mini and iPad 4.
