“Earlier this month we reported that Apple was about to invade the Korean market and get in Samsung’s face by releasing their hot iPad Air and iPad Mini with Retina on December twentieth,” Jack Purcher reports for Patently Apple. “Well, the invasion surprisingly landed today, reports the Korean press.”
Purcher reports, “A Korean report this morning shows that South Korean consumers queued up to purchase Apple’s iPad Air and Retina iPad mini at Frisbee, Apple’s retail outlet in Myeong-dong, central Seoul, on Monday, the first day the new devices hit the stores in the country.”
