Woz puts Los Gatos, California house on market for $4.5 million

“Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, a.k.a. Woz, former Los Gatos mansion is on the market for $4.5 million,” Sheila Sanchez reports for Los Altos Patch.

“Located at 300 Santa Rosa Drive, the 7,500 square foot, six-bedroom, eight-bathroom home sits on 1.19 acres in the Los Gatos Mountains, according to its real estate posting on the redfin.com website,” Sanchez reports. “The famous computer engineer and programmer, who founded Apple Computer with Steve Jobs and Ronald Wayne, made quite a few headlines when he showed up in Australia to among the first to buy an iPhone 5—and file paperwork to begin planning a permanent move to Australia.”

Sanchez reports, “‘I actually love my house in California,’ he told Mercury News columnist Mike Cassidy in September. “‘I hope that I can keep the house I have now, or at least a house in California, always.'”
