“T-Mobile just submitted an amicus curiae (‘friend of the court’) brief in support of Samsung against Apple with respect to a possible US-wide preliminary injunction, along with a formal request for permission to be admitted to the proceedings as a third party and a motion to shorten time in order to ensure that the court will decide on the admission of T-Mobile ahead of the October 13 hearing on Apple’s motion for a preliminary injunction,” Florian Mueller reports for FOSS patents.

MacDailyNews Take: Well, now it’s even more blatantly obvious: Verizon and T-Mobile do not give a rat’s ass about what’s right or wrong as long as they can make a buck. At least the T-Mobile slime buckets can fall back on not having iPhone. The Verizon weasels have no such wiggle room.
