Canada’s Rogers revives 6GB data plan, hints at Apple iPhone 5 in September

“Rogers gave a possible clue as to the launch timing of the next iPhone by reviving its 6GB data plan [$30],” Electronista reports. “The 6GB core plan needs a three-year contract with voice but isn’t tied to any one device.”

“The plan is available until September 30 and, in doing so, might have given a clue as to Apple’s plans for the iPhone in the country,” Electronista reports. “Rogers originally created the 6GB plan to assuage iPhone 3G buyers who were angered at the low caps they faced at the time. Since then, the provider has brought it back each summer and always in a timeframe that would cover at least some of an iPhone launch.”
