Amazon Cloud Player now works with Safari for iPad, iPhone, iPod touch

“If you visit Amazon’s Cloud Player through the Safari web browser on an iOS device, you’ll see that it does in fact now work,” MG Siegler reports for TechCrunch.

“You’ll first hit a warning page telling you that your browser is not supported, but just ignore that,” Siegler reports. “Click into the music in your drive and it will begin playing.”

Siegler reports, It works flawlessly — even to the point where if you get a Push Notification or incoming call, the music will be paused… While this is great news, Apple is expected to announce their own similar service sooner rather than later. And that will be fully baked into iOS (and is expected to have full music label backing, unlike Amazon’s service.”
